Please note that the first hour of the meeting will be set aside for the discussion relating to  "Leading and Presiding: developing the Presidency of the Conference" as mentioned in the recent Synod at Hartlepool on 11^th September.  

All friends are welcome to attend and join in the discussions but only members of the DDOG will be eligible to vote.
