Messy Church continues to grow across our District with many congregations exploring this way of reaching children and families.
The flexibility of Messy Church is endless, different days, times of day, sizes of congregation not to mention the huge design and layout of premises!
Some congregations have joined with ecumenical neighbours and together build a Messy Church congregation.
Anne Offler from the Darlington District and Sharon Pritchard, the Bishops Adviser for Childrens work, are the Regional Coordinators in a region that is messy and encompasses all of our District and a little bit beyond our borders. Both are willing to talk to churches exploring Messy Church or churches who would like a little support.
Messy Meet Ups happen from time to time for those involved in Messy Church teams to come together to look at an aspect of Messy Church and be valued and resourced. Details will be posted in many places.
Lots of Messy Church information is found on the Messy Church website
