District Evangelism and Community Engagement Enabler

Darlington District

Are you passionate about seeing the Church grow? Do you have a deep commitment to evangelism, community engagement, church planting, fresh expressions and pioneering? Are you an experienced practitioner able to inspire and work creatively with local churches and circuits?

As District Evangelism and Community Engagement Enabler in the Darlington District you will support local churches and circuits to live out their calling with a particular focus on evangelism and community engagement. Working with others you will identify and develop opportunities for fresh expressions, new church plants and grafts and facilitate courses, events and innovative evangelistic approaches in response to the changing context of mission across the district. You will nurture, resource and encourage individuals in the development of evangelistic, community focused and pioneer ministries and work towards a culture of 'every church growing'.

A salary of £26,600 — £32,250 per annum pro rata is offered depending on skills and prior experience. For ministers usual stipend and terms and conditions will apply.
