Faith Rooted Community Organising Lead

Congratulations to Andrew Robinson-Hoyle who has been appointed as the FRCOL (Faith Rooted Community Organising Lead) in our District, starting on 1st January 2026.

He will be working part time in the Stockton Circuit focusing on the community organising around food and part time for the District as the enabler for all the Circuits/churches who are already organising their community or wish to start to do so.
