An new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Young People's worker at Great Ayton Methodist Church.

Young people's worker
16 hours per week
Working hours flexible by arrangement including some hours most Sundays
Salary: £9,984 p.a. (£12/hr)

Are you passionate about developing and leading young people's ministry within the church and wider community?

We are! It's a main part of our mission and vision plan and we need your help to develop and grow a Christian young people's ministry in our village and local area.

You will:

be an enthusiastic and self-motivated Christian*
be an ideas person, a coordinator and team player
be able to lead a team of volunteers
be eager to develop links with local schools, churches and groups
have a suitable qualification or experience in youth work in a church and community setting
