Pilgrimage to Seven Churches of Revelation 2027

Rev Steve Jakeman is a former Circuit Minister in the Methodist Church who now serves as the Ecumenical Officer for the Newcastle upon Tyne Methodist District.

This will be the first pilgrimage he has led to Türkiye, but he has experience of leading a group to the Oberammergau Passion Play and has made several visits to the Holy Land (of which he used the knowledge he gained to write a book – Encountering Jesus in the Fifth Gospel.)

Steve is excited to share with you the Christian heritage of Türkiye, with a particular emphasis on the writings of John the Evangelist and his Revelation. He is looking forward to enabling fellow pilgrims to have a spiritual experience that enhances their visit to these historical, Biblical, sites.
